Sam Carroll

Sam joined Future Trees Trust as the Patsy Wood Scholar in October 2024, a year split between the Trust and English Woodlands Forestry. With a BSc in Business Management and an MSc in Global Sustainability Solutions from the University of Exeter, Sam brings experience from sustainable forestry certification with the Soil Association and a year in practical arboriculture and vegetation management. Sam is interested in the role of commercial forestry in efforts toward climate change mitigation and adaptation.
