Sophie Torrance

Sophie is a strategic communicator and content editor with over 18 years’ experience across education, heritage, and the cultural sector. She previously worked at Oxford Botanic Garden and Arboretum, where she developed a lasting interest in ecology, botany, and sustainability.

She now leads on communications and engagement for the Development Office at Radley College, an independent boarding school in Oxfordshire.

Her expertise in digital and print communications, storytelling, and public engagement will help the Future Trees Trust share the science, impact, and importance of resilient woodland genetics with wider audiences.
